What Qkwit does for your business
You upload documents and answer questions about your business, for example “How will you pay for this invoice?”. Qkwit works out your taxes and social security from them and prepares the files for the tax office; you make the transfers and send the files.

How you settle a month in Qkwit
Upload
When: all month long
What you do
You photograph a receipt or drop in a PDF, no sorting.
What you get
The amount, date and seller read from every document, with nothing to retype.
Answer
When: when Qkwit asks something
What you do
You answer questions about what the document doesn't say, for example how an invoice was paid. You undo an approval in the document's menu while the month is open.
What you get
In “Automatic” mode, documents read without doubt are booked straight away, and a document with a doubt waits for your answer. In “I approve everything myself” mode each one waits for your click.
Close
When: from the 1st of the next month
What you do
You click “Close the month”.
What you get
Your income tax, social security and VAT worked out for the whole month, each amount with “Why this amount?” and the calculation.
Pay
When: ZUS by the 20th, VAT by the 25th
What you do
You make the ZUS and tax transfers in your bank. If you charge VAT on your invoices, you also send the JPK file (the monthly VAT report) on podatki.gov.pl.
What you get

Questions before you sign up
Where does Qkwit get my documents from?
Once you connect Qkwit to KSeF (the government invoice system), we download your purchase and sales invoices from it ourselves, every half hour during the day. You connect it in the app with a KSeF certificate or a token from the KSeF Taxpayer App. Receipts and other documents you upload as a phone photo, a PDF or a scan, many files at once if you like. Invoices you issue in Qkwit are in it straight away.
Where do the amounts come from?
The software works out VAT, income tax and social security, and CIT for a company, from your documents and answers, using the rates and thresholds in the law. The AI reads documents and never makes up an amount or a rate. Every amount in the app has “Why this amount?” with the calculation.
What if Qkwit doesn't recognise something?
A recognised but unusual document the AI leaves for you to confirm instead of guessing. And if it isn't a document at all (say, a photo of a cat), it rejects it and says plainly why.
Does Qkwit remind me about deadlines?
Yes. For every ZUS, income tax and VAT payment you get a reminder 3 days before the deadline and on the day. You also see the date of each transfer on the month screen.
Who sends the returns and the JPK file to the tax office?
You do. Qkwit prepares the ready files, and you send them yourself and mark them as sent in Qkwit. The JPK file comes with a description of how to send it.
Bookkeeping costs from 39 zł a month excl. VAT for a sole trader and from 79 zł for a company.
The price depends on how many documents you have each month. For it, Qkwit works out your taxes and social security and prepares the files for the tax office; you make the transfers and send the files.
